Dandruff and its Natural Home Remedies

Dandruff is a common scalp condition characterized by itching and flaking of the skin on the scalp. Here are some natural remedies that may help relieve symptoms of dandruff:

  1. Apple cider vinegar: Mix equal parts apple cider vinegar and water, massage into scalp, and leave for 5 minutes before rinsing. Repeat this 2-3 times a week.
  2. Tea tree oil: Add a few drops of tea tree oil to your regular shampoo and wash your hair as usual.
  3. Baking soda: Mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with water to form a paste. Massage into scalp and leave for 5 minutes before rinsing.
  4. Aloe Vera: Apply aloe Vera gel to the scalp and leave for 30 minutes before rinsing.
  5. Lemon juice: Massage lemon juice into the scalp and leave for 15 minutes before rinsing. Repeat this 2-3 times a week.
